2024 Academy Pricing
*New for 2024* - If you wish to have a vehicle in the campground during the Academy, you must have an Academy Vehicle Pass. The maximum length for an on-site Academy vehicle is 20 feet (Note that the on-site vehicle length max during the festival is 18 feet, so if you are planning to stay for the festival and purchase an on-site vehicle pass your vehicle must be less than 18 feet). Vehicle passes will be limited due to space constraints. Daily parking, just outside of the campground, will still be available for free.
A non-refundable payment of $150 reserves your space in The Academy. The remainder of your payment will automatically be charged on April 15th, 2024. You must select “Payment Plan” before checking out or it will default to full payment.

How many students can I register at once?
The maximum number of students allowed to be purchased in a single order is five(5). This includes both adults, vehicles, and kids. You are limited to one(1) per class so you can’t purchase two Novice Banjo classes but you can purchase one Novice Banjo and one Intermediate Banjo.
These limits are designed to allow families or groups to attend together but limits groups from buying too many tickets at once or more than they need.
Do I need an Academy Vehicle Pass?
You only need an Academy Vehicle Pass if you intend to sleep in their vehicle in the campground. There are limited vehicle passes available to reduce campground congestion. Only (1) vehicle pass per order will be allowed to be purchased. Therefore if you have multiple vehicles, multiple people will have to purchase vehicle passes.

FREE PARKING is still available (you can still store stuff in your car) just outside the campground. Vehicles can remain here for the entire Academy.
How do I transfer my Academy registration?
Academy registration (ticket) transfers must be completed via your See Tickets account.
Follow these directions for Friends & Family Transfers. Like the name implies, this method is best for transfers from people you trust as the seller can revoke the ticket(s) at any time leading up to the event. If this happens, the buyer will be notified via email.
In order to utilize the Friends & Family Transfer option, your order must be fully paid (if on a payment plan). If you are on a payment plan, you must complete the payment plan before the Friends & Family Transfer option is available to you.
