Non-Profit Vendor Information
We have space for a few select non-profit groups at our Lyons events. Because of space restrictions, we do not have non-profit tables at the Telluride Bluegrass Festival.

Tabling at our Lyons events includes 2 single-day tickets for each day of the event. These tickets cannot be split into partial days. We also provide a table and 2 chairs. We have spaces available both under our sponsor tent and near the sponsor tent if you have a 10' by 10' tent that you would like to use. All of this is provided free of charge to organizations that have non-profit status.
The Application Process
We select non-profit groups based on the following criteria:
- Space available
- Prior history with Planet Bluegrass
- Worthiness of the cause and how it relates to Planet Bluegrass’ business philosophy
- Timeliness of application
All applications must be received by May 1, 2010 for consideration.
