All tickets and camping for the 2018 Folks Festival are on sale now at shop.bluegrass.com or 800-624-2422.
As always, the price listed here is the final price you pay. We charge no handling fees of any kind either online or over the phone. Once you have your tickets, connect with your fellow Folks Festivarians.
Please note: Resale of Folks Festival tickets for more than face value is extremely un-Festivarian and strictly forbidden.
Changes for 2018
- Meadow Park renamed LaVern Johnson Park. The Town of Lyons has renamed Meadow Park to LaVern M. Johnson Park to honor this longtime Lyons resident and her lengthy and dedicated service to the Town.
- LaVern Johnson (Meadow) Park opens on Thursday. Due to our lease agreements with the Town of Lyons, Planet Bluegrass management of this campground for Folks Fest will not begin until Thursday, August 16 (exact time TBA). Campers who plan to arrive before Thursday may purchase daily camping from the Town of Lyons.

Children 12 and under are free for festival and camping with a paying adult. Tickets are fully refundable according to our refund policy.

Early Discount Tickets
Once again, we will be selling a limited allotment of 3-day and onsite camping passes at a special "early discount" price -- a $20 discount from the advance price. Last year this limited allotment of discounted tickets was gone less than 3 weeks. So don't wait long to order your 2018 Folks Festival tickets!
Camping
- CAMPING IS SOLD PER PERSON AND PER VEHICLE, NOT PER SITE. If there are two of you and you want to have your vehicle or RV at the campground with you, you must purchase two camping passes and one vehicle or RV pass in addition to your festival passes.
- Showers are available at the Festival in the Planet Bluegrass Bath House.

Festival Parking
Please respect the streets and citizens of our community by parking in the designated Festival Parking area. Parking will be available for a very nominal fee at the new Planet Bluegrass Farm. Follow the signs to "Festival Parking" north of the Planet Bluegrass Ranch on Hwy 36. Free shuttles operate from morning until well after the final encore each day. This new festival parking lot is also an easy 5-minute walk to/from the festival.
Every year, this is the biggest complaint we receive from our neighbors in Lyons. Please respect the streets and citizens of our community by parking in the designated Festival Parking area.
