Girlyman closed their triumphant set at last year's Folks Festival 
with a singalong of this "old spiritual song." With overflowing 
dancing crowds spilling out of every entrance to the Wildflower, 
it was one of the most joyous and emotional moments of the festival. 
On Friday, March 9, we welcome Girlyman back to Lyons to open our 
2012 Wildflower Concert Series.

Informed by '60s vocal groups and infused with a witty musical 
playfulness, comedian Margaret Cho describes the irresistible 
folk-pop quartet: "It's the music of my heart and soul. Girlyman 
is the future and the past and the present."

Then two weeks later we welcome back another Folks Festival favorite: 
Colorado singer-songwriter Danielle Ate the Sandwich on Friday, 
March 23. For her Wildflower debut, she'll be joined by Pueblo 
old-timey quintet (and recent performers on A Prairie Home 
Companion) The Haunted Windchimes.

Wildflower bar (New Belgium Beer, wine, and hot drinks). The Pavilion 
doors (and bonfire, weather-permitting) open at 7pm and music

with you in the Wildflower Pavilion.
