Tickets are still available for this Saturday's (Sept. 17) celebration of the final weekend of summer (and the upcoming Autumnal Equinox) at our Mabon Concert with Adam Aijala & Ben Kaufmann from Yonder Mountain String Band in the Wildflower Pavilion.
Join us for a day of Mabon revelry, hearty drink, a Mabon feast (including Apple, Havarti, and Dijon Grilled Cheese; Grilled Corn on the Cob with Chili-Lime Butter; Celebration Chili; Local Tomato Soup; and Fleur de Sel Peanut Butter Blondies), and an intimate evening of music with two of our favorite musicians. (Here are a couple videos from the last four years of legendary Mabon shows with Ben & Adam.)
The grounds open at 2pm for camping; we'll open the Pavilion at 7pm for seating; and Adam & Ben take the Wildflower stage at 8pm for 2 intimate sets of music.
Advance tickets ($30) and camping ($10) are still available - at 303-823-0848 or online at shop.bluegrass.com - thru Friday night. We expect to have tickets available at the gate on Saturday, but check bluegrass.com for the latest ticket availability. We can't wait to celebrate the end of summer with you this weekend on the Planet Bluegrass Ranch in Lyons.
Before or after your Mabon Celebration this weekend, be sure to join Planet Bluegrass at the 12th annual Sustainable Living Fair in Fort Collins. Held Saturday and Sunday in Fort Collins' Legacy Park, the Fair is a solution-based, interactive, family-oriented event designed to educate people of all ages and backgrounds about renewable energy, green building, natural health, social responsibility, local economies, and much more. Stop by the Planet Bluegrass booth all weekend to win tickets and CDs. Learn more at www.SustainableLivingFair.org |
